Are you planning on updating any of your Tools at all? Because you've got the only downloadable offline usable talent calculator on the internet that I've been able to find. Thanks!

Hello everyone! The Wotlk enGB downloader is not available anymore.
Just thought you wanted to know.

Or just stick in a .torrent file and seed it. Once the initial seeding is done, it is bound to be a very fast download if the interest in the files is high. is my favorite to download from. Generous download speed and limits with fairly minor ads and hassle.
1) Completely Free
2) Unlimited Uploads
3) Doesn't even require you to sign up to upload
4) Allows up to 100 MBs per file
5) As far as I know doesn't remove popular files
6) very pretty ;-)

Thanks a lot :)

small problem, I dled the rss and got the zip file but when I try to open any of them in firefox or IE, the talents and trees never show - anyone know what gives?

Not showing by WesabloWesablo, 19 Jun 2008 17:26

Sory for the long wait everyone, i had a lot of unrelated crap happened for last few days and i didn't get any time to get it done till now.

It includes more-or less the same thing that was online before the site went down.

You can use it standalone (just click <classname>.html after unpacking) or upload it to any web server as-is (everything is static, no db/server side scripting required).

All of my work that is included is released to Public Domain, feel free to modify, redistribute, whatever.
Note that most of the art is (c) blizzard, and most of the code is (c) - If you care about legal crap - ask them :)
Please do not remove the links to war-tools (most of the code is their, they deserve it) or to my wiki (which will contain notifications and links to future updates).

  • All the icons are now created with BLPConverter v8 and post-processed with ImageMagick
    • (In earlier versions they were partially converted with older versions of BLPConvert then processed with xnView, partially both converted and processed with xnView and some just plain stolen from the internet and war-tools)
    • All corrupted icons (death knight aura talents, etc) are now fixed
    • All icons should be somewhat smaller and of somewhat higher quality
    • All icon files are now lower case, and contain only alphanumeric characters and underscores
  • Channeled spells (penance, mind flay) should now be marked as such (were showing as instant cast in earlier versions)
  • The top link is fixed to point to the page
  • A lot of unused stuff was removed from the distribution resulting in a much smaller download
  • A previously missing CSS file required for correct display on IE6 was added

Download: 2.2mb

With the latest release all broken icons should be fixed for good

Re: Incorrect Icon by BlackDewBlackDew, 19 Jun 2008 14:33
its freaking impossible to see the vertification code. please upload it to a better place :

The shaman talent static shock has three ranks, the first 2 state "…and increases your the number of charges of your lightning shield by 1/2" the third point states "… and increases your spell damage when you have lightning shield active by 3%". Which one is correct?

They work fine with the converter i've had since tbc, which supports the DXT5 compression i'd imagine these have.

Re: Incorrect Icon by zaxinalzaxinal, 16 Jun 2008 23:39

… is mispelled in talent description. It says ''Choas Bolt''

Re: 403 Forbidden by ZzzzzZzzzz, 14 Jun 2008 05:55

take them to court for false advertising. unlimited means unlimited. not unlimited unless you have wow's fan base flooding the site and using up more then "unlimited" bandwidth.

Did that hosting costed money? If it did, YOUES GOT RIPPED OFF! >:(

You don't have permission to access /yarr/ on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
