1) Completely Free
2) Unlimited Uploads
3) Doesn't even require you to sign up to upload
4) Allows up to 100 MBs per file
5) As far as I know doesn't remove popular files
6) very pretty ;-)

http://megaupload.com/ is my favorite to download from. Generous download speed and limits with fairly minor ads and hassle.

Or just stick in a .torrent file and seed it. Once the initial seeding is done, it is bound to be a very fast download if the interest in the files is high.
