It should be scaling per-point-per-level, which my parser currently does not support, I'll try to add it ASAP

Disregard my previous post. While per-point-per-level effects aren't working, this is broken in the game client as well, the different ranks point to the same spell in the description, and maxlevel is set to 0 in spell.dbc

I'll consider it a blizzard bug for now.

Got it, fyi, Unholy and Blood aura are doing the same as Frost Aura.
